| As a not-for-profit organization housing many activities and services available to the public, Chicopee needed the ability to update it’s members of new services and activities offered. The zen program created the ‘E-drenaline’ which offered a cost effective solution for Chicopee to communicate with it’s large database of members and opt in non-members of the community.
